Pauma Fiesta 2025 – Vendor Policy Hosted by the Pauma Band of Luiseño Indians Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Pauma Fiesta 2025. In order to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants, vendors must adhere to the following guidelines: 1. Vendor Space Options 10x10 Space or 10x20 Space available. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own canopies, tables, chairs, and display materials. All equipment must fit within the designated space. 2. Setup and Breakdown Setup begins at 7:00 AM on event day (October 18, 2025). All vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 AM. No early breakdowns. Booths must remain open until event close (TBD). All vendor areas must be cleaned and vacated by 7:30 PM, unless otherwise instructed by Fiesta staff. 3. Utilities No electricity or water will be provided—please plan accordingly. Generators are permitted, but vendors must use them safely and be mindful of noise levels and placement. 4. Sales and Permits Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax. Food vendors must have appropriate food handler permits and follow all County of San Diego health regulations. 5. Conduct Vendors must remain respectful and professional at all times. No aggressive sales tactics or inappropriate language. Music or sound systems are allowed only with prior approval and must not disrupt neighboring booths or stage performances. The Pauma Fiesta staff reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event, for any reason they deem appropriate, with no refund. 6. Prohibited Items Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, or weapons are allowed. The sale of counterfeit or culturally disrespectful merchandise is not permitted. No raffles, gambling, or unauthorized fundraising unless approved by the event coordinator. 7. Waste and Clean-Up Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean throughout the day. Trash and waste must be properly bagged and disposed of in designated areas. Food vendors must follow safe grease/oil disposal protocols (no dumping onsite). 8. Liability The Pauma Band of Luiseño Indians is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors assume all risk and liability for their participation. 9. Cancellations and Refunds Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 10 days before the event. The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise noted by the Tribe. 10.
